As part of our preparations for Unity Liverpool, our new Electronic Patient Record (EPR), we are launching a Digital Confidence Survey to better understand how confident colleagues feel in their digital skills.

The introduction of EPR will transform the way we record, access and share patient information, helping us deliver safer, more joined-up care. Feedback will help us identify where training and support may be needed so everyone feels ready for the new EPR.

What is the Digital Confidence Survey?

The survey is designed to help us understand the current levels of digital confidence across our workforce. It asks about a range of everyday digital skills, including what devices you use, how you manage files, email and calendars, to using programmes such as Microsoft Teams and Word.

How do I take part?

The survey is quick and easy to complete and is open to all colleagues.

You can access it here.

Whether you're highly experienced using digital tools or would welcome additional support, we want to hear from you. Every response will help us build a clearer picture of how we can best support our workforce and ensure everyone is prepared for the digital future.
