We'd like to hear from as many colleagues as possible, so please encourage your teams to participate in the survey and have their voice heard.

To help share information about the digital systems survey, there are a number of tools managers and colleagues can use to simply explain what it means. Click on the links below to download resources for your teams.

What?
We're asking colleagues who use clinical systems as part of their role to complete a short Clinical Systems Survey. The survey will help us understand how well our current systems, for example ADT, PENS, iPM/PAS and ICE, support patient care and day-to-day work, and where improvements are needed.

Why?
Clinical systems are an essential part of delivering safe, effective, high-quality care, but we know they do not always work as effectively as they could. The people who use these systems every day are best placed to tell us what works well, what gets in the way, and what would help them do their jobs more effectively. As we design Unity Liverpool and plan future digital improvements, it's important that staff experiences help shape future system design, training and support.

How?
The survey takes around 5-10 minutes to complete, can be filled in anonymously, and will be analysed independently by KLAS Research. If you use more than one system, we’re asking colleagues to please select the two you use most often and answer the questions based on your overall experience of using these systems. Colleagues can access it via the link in their email or by scanning the QR code in promotional materials.

When?
The survey closes on 20 November. Please take part and encourage your colleagues to do the same. The more feedback we receive, the better we can ensure future clinical systems are designed around the realities of delivering care and the needs of staff and patients. If you have any questions, please email eprsurvey@liverpoolft.nhs.uk.
